Ian Rozier B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc., P.Eng. 

President/CEO, Director

Ian Rozier is a senior professional geologist with more than 25 years of industry experience in the global mining sector. Formerly with Goldfields of South Africa, and a partner of Golder Associates, he also worked or consulted for several major mining companies prior to 1987 when he originally completed his designation. Mr. Rozier has been involved in many capital raisings, both in Canada and in Europe, and he is well known in the Canadian Mining Industry and European capital markets. Currently, Mr. Rozier is also CEO of Eastern Platinum, one of the top global platinum producers.


Barbara Dunfield B.Ed., MBA

Chief Financial Officer

Barbara Dunfield possesses more than two decades of broad corporate experience in the management and development of public mining and exploration companies. Her specialized focus has been the financing, introduction and marketing of public companies. Formerly an investment advisor with a large canadian brokerage firm, Ms. Dunfield has served as a Director, Secretary and/or CFO for a variety of organizations in the industry and previously acted as CFO and Director of Eastern Platinum, one of the top global platinum producers. 


Andrew Gourlay P.Geo.

Project Manager

Graduate of the University of British Columbia with extensive exploration and project management experience throughout Asia, North and South America and has successfully advanced projects from the grassroots to the resource estimation stage. As well as having a strong technical background, he also has extensive experience in corporate management, finance, and regulatory compliance in the junior mining sector.


Douglas Hyndman LLB 


Doug Hyndman is a senior lawyer with the firm Kornfeld LLP where he specializes on behalf of private and institutional lenders and creditors in the areas of corporate banking and finance. Mr. Hyndman sits as an independent director on the board of several publicly traded companies and brings significant expertise to the Sennen Board with respect to the financial and regulatory aspects of public company management in the natural resource industry.  He is a Lecturer with Insight Seminars, Continuing Legal Education in British Columbia and the Canadian Institute.


James Robertson B.Sc., P.Eng. 


Mr. Robertson is an independent director, has a Bachelor of Science and Metallurgy and is a Professional Engineer. He has twenty years in the international management of mineral exploration companies.


Merfyn Roberts B.Sc., M.Sc. 


Mr. Roberts has over 30 years experience in the international mining industry and mining finance. He holds a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from Liverpool University, an M.Sc from Oxford University. He is also a Chartered Accountant in the U.K. and is based in London, England.
